After many years of travelling around we have both grasped this opportunity to get involved in various committees that are of interest to us in Cornwall. Here is a flavour of what we are involved with….

At Folium, they aim to reimagine horticulture for our times. The Coronavirus pandemic has inspired many of us to reconnect with nature and our gardens, however large or small.
Folium is here to enhance your garden with their horticultural knowledge and expertise, and provide a sanctuary for you.
As well as creating a beautiful outdoor space for you to enjoy, they work with nature to encourage biodiversity. This is not just about making your garden look good, it is about living a life that feels good.

Becs is the HR Director.

Cornwall Place Board brings together people who care about the future of Cornwall and who wish to actively promote the Duchy as a great place to live and work.

Cornwall already has a vibrant visitor economy and high profile as a leading tourism destination. It has a large number of highly successful businesses across a wide number of sectors, but the perception of Cornwall remains more of a place for holidays and leisure, rather than of cutting edge technology and enterprise. By promoting our businesses, culture and spirit together we will have a much stronger voice, and potential customers and investors across the UK and further afield will start to take notice. We should be immensely proud of what we have in Cornwall, and be excited about our future.

Dickie is a Cornwall Place Board CIC Director.
